Another fabulous edition of the famous Windmill Windup is over. as usual, it has been an awesome weekend – made possible by many volounteers! big thanks to everybody who was involved with this event!
well, the title is not defended. for the first time in 5 years the elephant is not going to switzerland. what can we say. we only lost two games. both to the finalists. both in double game point. both after having the chance to close the game…
still, we had a great tournament, playing hard against some of the best teams in europe and a selection of US-players. and even though we prefer winning tournaments, we’re very happy to end the tournament on 3rd place
we hope everybody had as much fun as we had – thanks a lot for the good games and a grandiose atmosphere!
now we have to recover quickly to be ready for the final round of the swiss championships, starting on saturday!
